Trident Property Services is an Irish-owned business specialising in residential property letting and management. Established in 1985 as a dedicated division of Trident Holiday Homes, our company began by focusing on property lettings in Dublin 2, 4, and 6. Today, our reach has grown significantly, and we now manage properties and owners’ management companies (OMCs) across Ireland.
We are fully licensed by the National Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) and are part of the TD Holidays Ltd, which has operated Trident Holiday Homes since 1985.
James is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in property letting and management. He has acted as a managing agent for numerous residential developments and is a member of the Irish Property and Facility Management Association (IPFMA).
Martina joined Trident Property Services in 2023 as a fully licensed Letting Agent. She brings extensive experience in the letting and management of residential properties and plays a key role in client and tenant engagement across Wicklow and Dublin.
